Hours: Saturday 10:00 AM-7:00 PM, Sunday 10:00 AM-5:00 PM

In search of quality artists and specialty vendors to compliment the excitement of the Legends of Bourbon County Festival— A Celebration of Curlin. As a marketplace vendor it is highly recommended that within your merchandise inventory you offer several items for sale that are horse-related or Kentucky-related . All applicants must upload a total of 3 digital images that we may use for promotion if needed. Photos should represent artwork and/or type of items that will be sold. Digital images are needed as well as other descriptive information.

Kentucky Sales Tax: Each exhibitor is responsible for collecting and reporting Kentucky state sales tax (6%) on all sales. LEGAL arrangements for commissions are solely between the vendors and buyer. LBCF will have no involvement in any aspect of such transactions placed at the market. LBCF will not be held liable in any way for problems that might arise from such agreements and will not participate in any efforts to settle such disputes.

City of Paris Event Permit: Vendors will not be responsible for paying a business license to the City of Paris. The Legends of Bourbon County Festival covers licensing through a temporary event permit. This permit does not provide vendors with a license to do business in the City of Paris through the rest of the year. It will ONLY apply to the three-day festival.

Act of God Policy: In the case of extreme circumstances or extreme weather (ie: tornado, extreme rainfall, or snow etc.) booth fees are non refundable.

Set Up and Take Down: Vehicles will be allowed to drive into area of the market on Saturday between 6-9 a.m., and 6-7:30 a.m. on Sunday. Your vehicle MUST be moved immediately. Parking for Vendors is approx. 2-3 blocks away. The Legends of Bourbon County Festival (LBCF) committee encourages all vendors to bring their own carts and dollies for load in and load out. None will be provided. Vendors will have 3 hours prior to the start of the market to load in and 3 hours at the end to break down. Please remember that all 50 vendors may be entering and leaving the market area at the same time PLAN ACCORDINGLY . You must be ready for business before 10 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. (Sunday’s prep time is earlier due to the 10k Race at 9:30.)

The Legends of Bourbon County Festival is a highly anticipated event celebrating the unveiling of Downtown Paris’ Secretariat Park.
