Event Volunteer & vendor (Free)

Permits are available for event volunteers and vendors. The parking lot to the left of the City of Paris Municipal Building at 525 High Street, Paris, Kentucky 40361 will be marked for event volunteers and vendors. The parking lot will be marked with the color of the border on permits to allow for easier wayfinding.

Disabled Person(S) (Free)

Permits are available for disabled person(s). The parking lot next to the Eiffel Tower, across the street from the Chamber of Commerce and Tourism office (806 Main Street, Paris, Kentucky 40361), will be dedicated for disabled person(s). This is a free permit. Those applying for this permit must provide their disabled person(s) placard number. The parking lot will be marked with the color of the border on permits to allow for easier wayfinding.

City of Paris resident

City of Paris residents who live in an area being blocked off from traffic for the weekend will have the opportunity to apply for a permit. Main Street is being blocked off at 8th Street to 2nd Street starting November 9th at 6 PM until November 12th at 9 PM. High Street will be semi-blocked off November 10th (9 AM-10 PM), November 11th (9 AM-7 PM), and November 10th (7 AM-6 PM). Traffic permitted to go down High Street will be business-related, residential, and festival buses. If you live on High Street or Main Street in these areas and you typically park on the street or in a city lot, you are eligible to apply for a residential parking permit. Based on the provided address on the form, we will provide you with a parking pass closest to your residence. The parking lot will be marked with the color of the border on permits to allow for easier wayfinding.

VIP Access

2-day parking ($100)

This permit is available first come, first serve. This permit provides premium parking access in the downtown district just one block from Main Street. The parking lot will be marked with the color of the border on permits to allow for easier wayfinding. The lot location will be identified in the email received with the permit.

3-day parking ($150)

This permit is available first come, first serve. This permit provides premium parking access in the downtown district just one block from Main Street. The parking lot will be marked with the color of the border on permits to allow for easier wayfinding. The lot location will be identified in the email received with the permit.

Permits will be sent via the email address provided. All permits need to be printed off in color and placed in the driver’s side dashboard.

general parking

General Parking for the festival will be located at Legion Park. Buses will transport visitors to the Downtown District from these lots.
